Garlic tincture - for all-round support of the body.

Garlic(Allium sativum L.) is a rooted plant with a characteristic aroma and taste. It is one of the oldest cultivated plants, originating in Asia, from where it spread through the Middle East to Egypt, where it began to be cultivated. From there, throughout history, it has spread throughout the world.

This hardy plant thrives best in areas with moderately warm temperatures. In the kitchen, it is used as a fresh vegetable or spice and is valued not only for its taste but also for its positive effects on the human body.

With added vitamin B1, which plays a role in heart function!

In addition to garlic extract, the tincture also contains vitamin B1, which supports the functioning of this exceptional plant as it is involved in heart function and also contributes/plays a role in:

• releasing energy during metabolism,
• functioning of the nervous system,
• normal mental functioning.

The daily dose of the tincture is equivalent to 140 mg of garlic extract.

Bioherba brand tincture is made from garlic soaked in glycerin, which gives it a sweet taste. Glycerin is a colourless, odourless liquid, slightly thicker than water.

Because the tincture is in liquid form, the body absorbs it faster and makes better use of its active ingredients. In addition, the method of preparation allows for the best possible preservation of the important substances contained in garlic.
