Nettle - tincture

Double nettle (Urtica dioica) is a perennial plant with a creeping root that grows up to 150 cm tall. Its leaves are covered with hairs that contain a substance that burns on contact.

This widespread plant can be used in tea, smoothies, cooking, etc., as well as in nutritional supplements in the form of tablets, capsules, tinctures...

Bioherba Tincture is made from nettle soaked in glycerin, which gives it a sweet taste. Glycerin is a colourless, odourless liquid, slightly thicker than water.

A daily dose of the tincture is equivalent to 750 mg of nettle leaves.
