Common nettle, Latin Urtica dioica, is a widespread perennial plant that can be recognized by its serrated leaves, which cause a burning sensation when touched on the skin. Use

Recommended daily dose: 2.8 ml. Take 1.4 ml (approximately 35 drops or one-third of a teaspoon) twice daily, with plenty of water.
