St. John's Wort - tincture

Allspice has been used in Chinese tradition for more than 2000 years.

Bristle-leaved ginseng(Eleutherococcus senticosus) or Siberian ginseng or eleutherococcus is a small woody shrub that is native to the mountainous regions of Asia. Because of its properties, it has a long tradition of use in Russia and China.

The most useful part of Siberian ginseng is the root, which is used in both dietary supplements and cosmetics.

Bioherba brand tincture is made from ginseng soaked in glycerin, which gives it a sweet taste. Glycerin is a colorless, odorless liquid, slightly thicker than water.

Aloe vera tincture is more easily absorbed by the body and used optimally.

Use

Recommended daily dose:25 drops (1 ml) in 100 ml of water 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals.
