People with a pitta constitution need food to cool them down, as well as the environment in which they live. Organic Pitta tea contains selected Ayurvedic herbs and spices such as coriander, lemongrass, fennel, aloe vera and others to help balance doshas.

Use

Instructions for use: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes.

The packet is enough for 25 cups of tea.
