Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), also known gulancha or amrita, has been an important plant in Ayurvedic and Indian tradition for centuries for its positive properties. It is native to the tropical part of India. Its leaves, stems and juice are used in Ayurveda.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) of the mint family is a cross between two species of mint. It is therefore not found in nature and is obtained by cultivation. It is a perennial plant that reaches a height of up to 90 cm and the leaves of the plant are used for tea.

Nana mint(Mentha piperita var. "Nana"), also known as Moroccan mint, is a traditional plant from North African countries. Nana means mint in Arabic. It has a very aromatic taste.

Use
