Lemon balm tea was traditionally used by our ancestors for a variety of purposes. The tea is made from the leaves of the lemon balm tree and you will recognise it by its characteristic pleasant aroma and taste.
Melissa officinalis L.(Melissa officinalis L.) is a plant that was once used as a spice and scent. Its name translates to "bee" because these tiny creatures love it for its intoxicating scent. In the 17th century, lemon balm was made into a liqueur, and only later did people start making tea from lemon balm - often in combination with lemon juice, coriander or nutmeg.

Use
Instructions for use: Pour 0.25 l of hot water (90°C) over the tea bag and leave for 5-10 minutes. Always use a new tea bag to make good quality tea. 2-3 cups of tea per day is recommended.
