Triphala is one of the oldest Ayurvedic formulas. In translation, triphala means "three fruits". It consists of amalaki(Emblica officinalis), bibhitaki(Terminalia bellirica) and haritaki(Terminalia chebula), fruits typical of India.

Triphala is special because it balances all 3 Ayurvedic doshas** in the body (Vata, Pita, Kapha), which means anyone can consume it.

The product contains polyphenols(bioactive phytochemicals) that form the dosha character of plants in the form of colours, flavours and tannins.

A daily dose contains 1.35 g of herbal powder, of which 333 mg are polyphenols.

Use
