Cold pressed black cumin oil is extracted from the seeds of Egyptian black cumin (Nigella sativa) from controlled organic production.

Black cumin is an Indian perennial herb that has been used as a spice for more than 1,000 years and is an important part of Ayurvedic tradition, where it is used for multiple purposes.

The black cumin oil in Nature Love capsules boasts a rich proportion of linoleic acid, which is one of the essential unsaturated fatty acids, also known as omega-6.

A daily dose provides up to 500 mg of omega-6.
