Amalaki, also known as amla, is a beautiful, medium-sized deciduous tree with feathery leaves, pale green flowers and round greenish-yellow fruits. The fruits of the plant are used in Ayurvedic diet. It is one of the 3 herbal constituents of triphala- a famous Ayurvedic blend.
The Churna herb contains Amalaki fruit powder which is finely ground at 40°C and is sourced from the organic regions of India and Sri Lanka.

Use
Recommended Daily Dose:1 aligned scoop (divided into 2 doses), between meals. Pour boiling water over the straw, let stand for a while and drink while still warm.
