Colon Cleanse capsules - contains 12 active ingredients:

• brown rice fiber (Oryza Sativa),
• hulls of psyllium or Indian plantain (Plantago ovata),

Microbiological cultures as the key to maintaining balance in the gut.

In our gut there are "good" bacteria that are good for us and help with digestion, and "bad" bacteria that we want to limit. This is where a series of microbiological cultures come into play, which are often used to regulate the levels of the "bad" bacteria so that we don't damage the levels of the "good" bacteria.

There are two types of microbiological cultures in the colon cleansing capsule formula - Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium Infantis. Both types are lactic acid bacteria that produce an enzyme called lactase and are found in some dairy products, such as yogurt.

Fibre is an important part of a balanced diet.

Fibre-rich foods give us a greater feeling of fullness, so it is important to eat as much as possible. Soluble fibre is found in citrus fruits, rice and potatoes, all pulses, barley and all vegetables. Insoluble fibre, however, is abundant in all kinds of nuts, flaxseeds and brown rice.

Indian plantain or psyllium (Plantago ovata), which is native to northern India and Iran, where it is grown mainly for its seeds, also contains a lot of fibre. Most of the fibre is in its seeds (especially the husks), which can be eaten alone (e.g. soaked in water), whole or ground. The seed husks swell on contact with water to form a gelatine-like substance.

The product is a nutritional supplement.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:2 capsules 3 times daily with meals. Take the capsules for 10 consecutive days. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. If mild flatulence or bloating occurs, reduce intake to 1 capsule 3 times daily.
