Enriched vitamin C has an important role in the functioning of the immune system.

In addition, vitamin C has a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress (it is an antioxidant) and in the formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. It also contributes to:

• release of energy during metabolism,
• the functioning of the nervous system,
• normal mental functioning,
• reduction of fatigue and exhaustion,
• restoration of reduced forms of vitamin E,

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:50 ml. 25 ml twice daily, half an hour before meals. For intense flavor, may be diluted with water or juice in a ratio of at least 1:1 or more. Shake well before use.
