Ginseng(Panax ginseng), also true or Korean ginseng, is an Asian plant with a characteristic fleshy root. Ginseng has been used in Chinese tradition for more than 2000 years and is becoming increasingly popular on our soil as well.

Beneficial properties of ginseng root:

• supports immune system function,
• helps improve sexual performance, libido/sex drive and sexual intercourse,
• supports cognitive performance(optimal mental activity, memory, promotes blood circulation, which affects brain function)
• supports physical vitality,
• helps maintain normal blood glucose levels.

Take up to 300 mg of ginseng root extract per daily dose.
