He Shou Wu (Fo-Ti) powder from certified organic production.

He shou wu,or Fo-Ti, is the prepared root of the plant Polygonum multiflorum. It is a wild climber that grows in the mountainous areas of central and southern China.

It has small leaves and long branches, and the shape of the root resembles a human body. The root has been traditionally used in China for centuries.

He Shou Wu roots are prepared in a special traditional way.

In Chinese, the name of the plant means "black-haired Lord He". When the root of the plant is prepared in a special traditional way, which includes heat treatment, it is called He shou wu or Fo-Ti.

Herbana's He Shou Wu powder contains the roots, which are boiled together with black beans in a 1:10 ratio and then dried and ground into a powder.

Simply mix the powder with e.g. tea, juice, smoothies, cereals and consume.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:Up to 1.5 g of powder, which is half a teaspoon. The powder can be enjoyed in tea or mixed into muesli, cereals, smoothies, juices, nuts, etc.
