100% Evening Primrose Oil is extracted from high quality seeds of the biennial evening primrose (Oenothera biennis). One of the most important components of evening primrose oil is gama-linolenic acid, a fatty acid that only rare plants contain.

Gamma-linolenic acid is an essential component of myelin, the protective covering of nerve fibers and neuronal cell membranes.

Covered vitamin E plays a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress (against the damaging effects of free radicals).
