Breastfeeding - an important way to establish a relationship with your baby

During the period of breastfeeding, mothers feed their babies mother's milk, which is produced in the mammary glands of the breasts during the process of lactation.

Breastfeeding represents the most natural form of nutrition and is perfectly adapted to the baby's needs from birth. By proper nutrition during breastfeeding, the mother takes care of herself and her baby in the long term.

The breastfeeding support capsules contain ingredients that have been specially selected for breastfeeding mothers. Among other things, they contain phenic acid extract, folic acid (folate/vitamin B9), iron, zinc and many other vitamins and minerals.

• Attach the baby to the breast as often as possible.
• Make sure you get enough sleep.
• Eat a varied and balanced diet.
• Offer both breasts to your baby when breastfeeding to make lactation as even as possible.
• Massage the breast during breastfeeding to help complete emptying.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:2 capsules during breakfast with plenty of liquid. A packet is enough for 1 month of use. Renew the monthly program periodically while breastfeeding.
