Isotonic drink - "sports drink" for rehydration and energy

Rehydration/isotonic or sports drinks are beverages that prevent dehydration during exercise or sports when a lot of fluid is expelled due to sweating.

Isotonic orange-flavored drink replaces the water, minerals and nutrients that the body consumes during exertion. The preparation of the drink is very simple and will quickly become part of your sports routine, as the powder is simply mixed into water. For an even better taste, a sweetener (acesulfame K) is added to the powder.

Beverage Powder contains guarana seed extract(Paulilinia cupana), which is a natural source of caffeine and a perfect blend of vitamins and minerals.

Use

Recommended Dosage:1 serving, which is 31.5 g (2 scoops). Mix in 700 ml of water. You can help yourself by using a shaker.

Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after exercise (approximately 200 ml each time). Do not take more than 1 serving (31.5 g) per day.
