Citrus paradisi - grapefruit extract for natural resistance

Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) belongs to the subfamily Rutaceae. The plant and fruit are first mentioned around 1750, with the islands of Barbados and Jamaica (formerly the "West Indies") mentioned as their homeland. The fruits are large, sour and bitter to the taste.

High in vitamin C, it has a role in the functioning of the immune system and in protecting cells from oxidative stress. It is especially recommended to take Citrus Paradisi before travelling abroad.

Grapefruit extract with vitamin C has a wide range of uses.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:15 drops diluted 3 times a day in a glass of water, tea or fruit juice.
