Black garlic is not a special kind of garlic, but it is a form of white garlic that we use every day in cooking. It is produced by natural fermentation, which means that the organic substances in garlic are changed by the action of enzymes. During fermentation, not only the colour changes, but also the taste and aroma. Antioxidant compounds called flavonoids are formed. Black garlic therefore does not have the typical intense garlic smell.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:1 capsule daily after a meal with plenty of liquid. With good tolerance and greater need, the dose may be increased to 2x1 capsule daily.
