Ashwagandha BIO

Ashwagandha herbal tablets, which is one of the most valuable herbs in Ayurveda.

Ashwagandha is an evergreen shrub, which grows up to 1.5 meters. It can be recognised by its fleshy roots, simple green oval leaves and round orange-red berries. In the Ayurvedic diet, the root that contains the most active ingredients is most commonly used.

In Ayurveda, Ashwagandha is considered a "Rasayana". It has adaptogenic properties, which means that it adapts fully to the body. It is also known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry.

Cosmoveda tablets contain ashwagandha root powder, which is finely ground below 40°C and sourced from organic regions of India and Sri Lanka.

Only natural excipients- gum arabic (acacia resin) and carnauba wax (vegetable wax from the leaves of the carnauba palm) are used in the manufacture of the tablets, which give the tablets the necessary strength and texture.
