Arjuna is a tree more than 20 meters tall that has white-gray fleshy bark. You can recognize it by its oval leaves, yellow flowers and winged fruits. The bark is most commonly used in Ayurvedic nutrition because it is the richest in polyphenols and other active substances.

Polyphenols are bioactive phytochemicals that form the dose character of plants based on colours, aromas and tannins.

Cosmeda Churna contains arjuna bark powder, which is finely ground below 40°C and is sourced from ecological regions in India and Sri Lanka.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:1 aligned scoop, divided into 2 doses. Consume between meals. Pour boiling water over the powder, let stand for a few minutes and drink while still warm.
