100% grape seed oil - BIO
Opis
Grape seed oil - a culinary specialty
Grape seed oil is obtainedfrom the pomace left after pressing the grapes to make wine. First, the grape skins must be separated from the stems and then the grape seeds must be dried and pressed. The amount of oil obtained is relatively small: only 2-3%, which is why the oil has a slightly higher price.
In recent years, it has become increasingly popular for its properties and effects and was known in ancient times. In addition to cooking, the oil is used for a variety of purposes, such as protecting the wood of handmade violins and as an ingredient in cosmetic products.
Exceptionally aromatic oil of the highest quality for cold and hot cuisine.
Because grape seed oil is one of the more stable oils, it is also suitable for heat treatment such as cooking and baking. Nevertheless, it is recommended to add it to ready-made hot dishes and cold dishes, as it retains most of its desirable properties.
How can we use 100% grapeseed oil?
- In combination with other oils.
- In combination with vinegar (but since the oil itself is slightly acidic, additional vinegar is many times unnecessary).
- For the preparation of dressings, marinades, dips, sauces...
- For the preparation of vegetable dishes, such as salads.
- For cooking and baking.
