Dosing and method of use 

Measurement is to be started only after the cuff is attached by pressing the Start/Stop button. The cuff will automatically inflate. When the measurement is completed, the measured blood pressure and heart rate values will be displayed on the display. The device is switched off by pressing the Start/Stop button or switches off automatically after 1 minute.

It is recommended to take the measurement on the left arm. (In the long term, measurements should be taken on the arm on which higher values are measured.) Measurements should be taken in a quiet place, seated and in a comfortable position, leaning against the backrest. The feet are placed side by side with the whole surface on the floor. Do not cross your legs. The forearm with the palm facing upwards should be placed relaxed on the mat and care should be taken to ensure that the cuff is at heart level.
Blood pressure should not be measured after a bath or after sport. During the entire measurement, the patient must not move or talk.
