Use

Instructions for use: The product can be consumed or used as a bath additive.

Ingestion:Dissolve 2.5 g (half teaspoon) of baking soda in 125 ml of water and drink.

Bath Additive: Use 40 g of baking soda (dissolve in 4 l of water) for a foot bath. The recommended bath time is 20 minutes. For simultaneous use with Zechsal magnesium crystals, reduce the soda dose by half.

Tip: When preparing the bath, first mix only the magnesium crystals with warm water, then add the alkaline salt. Mixing both at the same time can cause a reaction that creates air bubbles and reduces the effect.
