Cod liver oil with many positive effects on the human body.

Chad(Gadus morhua) belongs to the family of marine fish that live in warmer waters. It is a medium-sized fish that often ends up on our plates.

Cod liver oil is highly valued for itshigh unsaturated fat content. This is very important for our bodies, as replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
