Doshas are Ayurvedic principles that affect all body mechanisms, both physiological and chemical. Most people carry a combination of all the doshas, but they tend to have a dominant dosha that determines their body type and temperament. The doshas (vata, pitta and kapha) are Ayurvedic principles that have no corresponding equivalent in modern science.

Use

Instructions for use: Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag and allow to infuse for 5-7 minutes.

The packet is enough for 25 cups of tea.
