Melatonin is a hormone that controls sleep and the diurnal rhythm of other hormones, which is why I call it the sleep hormone. Its levels start to rise in the evening when the sun goes down because it depends on light - when it's dark, more is produced, when it's light, less. Melatonin levels therefore usually start to rise in the evening, are produced most at night, and then start to fall in the early hours of the morning.

• Reducing the time to fall asleep - a beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:Adults:1 injection at bedtime.

Instructions for use:Spray under tongue or inside of cheeks. For first use, fill the pump with 3-4 squeezes. Shake the bottle well before use. After use, replace cap and store bottle upright. If the product has not been used for a long time, the pump may become clogged. In this case, rinse it with warm water to loosen it.
