Italian strawberry(Helichrysum italicum) is a flowering herb or plant in the aster family. It grows on dry, stony or sandy soils and is especially widespread in the Mediterranean.

Flowering with a distinctive yellow inflorescence, it is characterized by an intense fragrance - therefore it is often used in perfumes or various fragrances.
