Shatavari is a perennial herb that grows up to 7 meters in height and has white fragrant flowers and red berries. Its name means "hundred of roots" in Sanskrit (an ancient Indian language). The fresh juice and roots are used in the Ayurvedic diet.

The term shatavari also means "one who can marry a hundred times", suggesting the good influence of the herb on fertility. It supports reproductive function in both women and men. It is particularly useful for women as it helps maintain well-being during menopause.

Cosmoveda tablets contain shatavari root powder, which is finely ground below 40°C and sourced organically from the regions of India and Sri Lanka.

Only natural excipients - gum arabic (acacia resin) and carnauba wax (vegetable wax from the leaves of the carnauba palm) are used in the manufacture of the tablets, which give the tablets the necessary strength and texture.
