Griffonia(Griffonia simplicifolia) is a shrub that has long been used for a variety of purposes. It is a natural source of 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), a natural amino acid and compound from which serotonin (the happiness hormone) is produced in the human body.

St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) is a plant that is recognisable by its small yellow flowers. It is widespread mainly in central Europe, where it has been used since time immemorial, as it effectively affects many functions of the human body.
