It contains crocin, which is also responsible for the characteristic golden yellow colour of food to which real saffron is added. It is one of the noblest spices of the Ayurvedic tradition. Recently, saffron has been the subject of an increasing number of scientific reports and studies.

Safran Anti-Fatigue Capsules contain up to three B-complex vitamins, namely B6 and B12, as well as pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5. The effects of the capsules are complemented by magnesium.
