White Lab's Quick Pregnancy Test is designed to qualitatively detect the hormone hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin), which aids in the early detection of pregnancy.

The hCG hormone is produced during pregnancy, the body starts producing it as soon as the egg is fertilized and its level increases only as the pregnancy progresses.

The test detects the hormone hCG in the urine - this is one of the main indicators of pregnancy.

The rapid pregnancy test works by using a combination of antibodies, including the hCG monoclonal antibody, which selectively detects elevated levels of hCG - from as little as 10 mlU/ml. You can take the test 6 days before your menstrual period is overdue (5 days before the day of your expected menstruation). It can be done at any time of the day, but it is recommended to do it in the morning because that is when the urine contains the most hCG hormone.

The test is extremely easy to perform - hold the tip of the test stick, from which you have first removed the cap, under a medium stream of urine or dip it into the urine you have previously collected in a sterile container. In doing so, you must immerse the absorbent tip at least ⅔ for at least 15 seconds. Then close the test tip again and place it on a flat surface, then wait 3 minutes before reading the result.

After this time, the results will appear on the test in the form of coloured lines with three possible results: negative result (you are probably not pregnant), positive result (you are probably pregnant), invalid result (the test was probably performed incorrectly).

Use

Test execution and results:

• The test is best done in the morning with the first urine, as it contains the most hCG hormone.
• Open the contents of the test kit no more than 1 hour before use.
• Remove the cap and direct the test tip into the midstream of urine for at least 15 seconds. You can also collect urine in a sterile, dry container and then dip the test tip into it 2/3 of the way for at least 15 seconds. Note: Do not urinate into the results window.
• After removing the test tip from the urine, replace the cap and place the test on a flat surface. The color in the results window will then change completely, indicating that a sufficient amount of sample has been used.
• Read the result 3 minutes after the test tip contacts the urine.
• After more than 10 minutes, the results cannot be considered and do not read them again.
• Consult your physician about the result.

Negative result (you are not pregnant): only a line appears in the control zone (C), but no line appears in the test zone (T). This result means that you are probably not pregnant.

Positive result (you are pregnant): 2 lines appear; one in the test area (T) and one in the control area (C). The two lines may not be exactly the same - they may differ in colour intensity. A positive result means that you are most likely pregnant.

Valid result: The line in the control area (C) does not appear. Even if a line appears in the test area (T), the result is still considered invalid. Read the instructions again and repeat the test with a new test kit
