Rhamnus complex - natural formula to support bowel function

Rhamnus alder is a low-growing tree of the sea buckthorn family. Its scientific name is Rhamnus frangula and it is most commonly found on moist soils in forests or near water.

Cress bark is an excellent active ingredient in bowel support preparations because it contributes to:

• activity and bowel movement,
• regular urination,
• softer stools.

Chia seeds(Salvia hispanica) are the seeds of the Spanish sage. It is a plant that originated in South America, specifically Mexico, and was prized by the Mayans - "chia" in the Mayan language means "strong".

A daily dose contains up to 300 mg of dried chia seed extract.
