Reishi mushrooms are known in China as ling zhi.

In Eastern tradition, people used the medicinal mushroom Reishi to alleviate many problems. This "super mushroom" Reishi is known as a Chinese symbol. It is also known as Ganoderma or Ganoderma lucidum and has been used for thousands of years to strengthen the body.
