Reishi mushroom, also known as Ganoderma, Ling Zhi or scientifically Ganoderma lucidum, has been used in Asian and Chinese traditions for centuries. The reddish fungus is found mainly on dead wood of hardwood trees or at the bottom of the trunk of living trees.

Reishi BIO Powder of the Myco Medica brand contains reishi mushroom powder, which is finely ground into a powder by a special method. In this way, the active ingredients are released. The mushrooms are imported from China, where they have the most optimal growing conditions.

Simply stir the reishi mushroom powder into a glass of water and drink.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:1-3 g daily, at least half an hour after meals. Mix in approx. 1 dcl of water and drink (1 aligned teaspoon = 2 g powder).

Reishi BIO powder is recommended to take:

• 5 days a week and then take 2 days off,
• daily (at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal).

It is also recommended to increase the daily intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances.
