• L-arginine - a biologically active form of the amino acid arginine, which is a conditionally essential amino acid,
• zinc (as zinc citrate) - mineral and antioxidant,
• acetyl L-carnitine (ALC) - biologically active acetylated form of L-carnitine, which has a high biological value,
• L-citrulline malate- a non-essential amino acid that is a precursor of the amino acid arginine and is made by our body in very small amounts.

Zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood.

In addition to its antioxidant properties, this mineral performs other functions in our body, namely contributing/playing a role in:

maintaining normal testosterone levels in the blood,

fertility and reproduction,

the functioning of the immune system,

Greek fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum) or trigonella triplat is a popular ingredient in men's products, as it is known for its beneficial effects on sexuality - contributing to sexual appetite.

Triplat complements Maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii), which is used in products to support sexuality and fertility because it increases the quantity and motility of sperm in the right amounts, helps maintain a functional male reproductive system, and supports male (and female) sexual function.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:1 capsule with a glass of water, preferably with a meal or as directed by a physician.

100 mg of fenugreek extract 4:1 is equivalent to 400 mg of fenugreek seed powder.

50 mg of maca root extract 4:1 is equivalent to 200 mg of maca root powder.

35 mg of L-citrulline malate 2:1 extract is equivalent to 70 mg of L-citrulline malate powder.
