Indian coriander or psyllium(Plantago psyllium L.) is a plant native to northern India and Iran, where it is cultivated mainly for its seeds.

Psyllium seeds (especially the shell) are high in fiber and can be eaten alone (e.g., soaked in water), whole, or ground. Straw psyllium are particularly popular for their fibre content, especially with people who want to naturally support digestion.

In a daily dose, you take 300 mg of psyllium seed extract.

Lawn (Linum usitatissimum L.) is one of the oldest cultivated plants, cultivated by the Egyptians. It is a versatile plant that was originally used mainly as a cloth for clothing, but today flax is also grown for consumption.

The fruits of flax are round in shape and contain about 10 seeds with many active ingredients. The flax seeds are also used to produce flaxseed oil, which can be consumed on its own or as an addition to various dishes.
