For optimal results, vitamin E and the minerals selenium and zinc are also added to the tablets to play a role/contribute to:

Use

300 mg of nettle extract 15:1 is equivalent to 4500 mg of dry plant.

113 mg of 5.5:1 serenoia extract is equivalent to 630 mg of dry plant.
