Use

Recommended Use: Grind or crush the grains in a mortar. Thistle powder can be added to soups, vegetable dishes, muesli, dairy products (yoghurt, kefir, cottage cheese), bread or fruit smoothies. It can also be taken as a decoction: bring 1 cup of hot water and 1 teaspoon of powder slowly to the boil. Simmer covered for 5-10 minutes, then let stand for about 15 minutes and strain. Drink the decoction in three parts over the next 24 hours.

Recommended daily dose: up to 2 teaspoons.
