Pollen bees collect pollen on the anthers of flowering plants. It is a protein-rich plant food source that provides bees with the valuable nutrients they need.

To collect 1 teaspoon of pollen, 1 bee must work 8 hours a day for a whole month.

Beekeepers collect or remove pollen completely non-invasively, without harming the bees or disrupting their routine.

Use

Use:

• Use as an addition to meals (can be pre-ground) or stirred in honey or lukewarm water.
• Pollen will have the fastest and most effective effect if consumed with food.
• It is especially recommended to eat it in combination with fruit or honey.
• You can also use it as an addition to smoothies.
• The nutrients are more easily used by the body if the pollen is soaked in lukewarm water for three hours before consumption.
