Eye capsules with lutein and zeaxanthin - natural eye pigments

Lutein and zeaxanthin are pigments that are naturally present in our eyes, specifically in the retina. Both pigments belong to the carotenoids that occur naturally in plants, so they are also found in food. They are most commonly eaten with spinach, broccoli, kale, various fruits and are also found in egg yolks.

Eye capsules also contain blueberry extract(Vaccinium myrtillus), which is an excellent choice for supporting eyesight, as well as other plant extracts and vitamins, including:

• mineral zinc, which has a role in maintaining vision and protects cells from oxidative stress and also plays a role in vitamin A metabolism,
• beta-carotene, which is a precursor form of vitamin A,
• vitamins C and E, which play a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress, which can also damage the retina of the eye,
• vitamin B2, which has a role in maintaining vision and
• vitamin B6, which, among other things, contributes to reduced fatigue and exhaustion.

In addition to the above mentioned active ingredients, the capsules also contain coenzyme Q10, which is a building block of every cell in the human body and its level begins to decrease over the years.
