Melissa officinalis (Melissa officinalis) is a perennial plant that grows bushily and smells pleasant. The name Melissa comes from the Greek and translates to bee. Bees love honeydew flowers.

Bioherba tincture is made from honeydew soaked in glycerin, which gives it a sweet taste. Glycerin is a colourless, odourless liquid, slightly thicker than water.
A daily dose of the tincture is equivalent to 750 mg of lemon balm.
