Recommended Use: Use as an addition to soups, sauces, smoothies, milks, juices and yogurts.
Milled flaxseed can be prepared in porridge form: mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed and ¾ cup of warm water. Wait a few minutes and keep stirring until you reach a porridge consistency. You can consume it 2-3 times a day and add it to milk, fruit, juice, yogurt, honey. You can add sugar or salt to taste.
