Sun Protection Factor or SPF(Sun Protection Factor) tells us how long we can stay in the sun without getting burned. So a SPF of 50 tells us that we can stay in the sun 50 times longer than if we didn't use sunscreen.

What should we consider before going out in the sun?

• Clothing must be chosen carefully -dark, inflexible and tightly knitted will hold the sun's rays better than light ones.
• Adequate protection is sought according to the type of activity we will be doing in the sun (if we are going swimming, for example, it is wise to choose a water-resistant sunscreen).
• Adequate amount of protectant should be applied to the entire surface of the body at least 20 minutes before being in the sun.
• Think about how long we will be exposed to the sun and choose the appropriate protective factor accordingly.
• After swimming, sweating or toweling off again, apply sunscreen, oil or lotion.
• Between 10am and 4pm the sun is strongest, so staying in the shade
is recommended during this time.

Use: Apply the cream evenly on the face at least 20-30 minutes before being in the sun.
