With lutein - a pigment that is a natural part of the retina of the eye.

Lutein is a natural part of the retina of the eye that acts as a filter, allowing only rays with specific wavelengths into the eye and blocking UV rays. It is also found in foods, often in combination with zeaxanthin.

The two are carotenoids and are most commonly consumed with spinach, broccoli, kale and various fruits and are also found in egg yolks.

Sight Complex also contains blueberry extract and blackcurrant extract. It is also supplemented with various vitamins and minerals, which are excellent choices for supporting eyesight:

• zinc, vitamins A and B2, which play a role in maintaining vision,
• beta-carotene, which is a precursor form of vitamin A,
• vitamins E and C, which play a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress, which can also damage the retina of the eye.

Use

Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet. Take 1 tablet with breakfast, wash down with plenty of liquid. It is recommended to take 1-2 months consecutively, then as needed.
