Coconut sugar is obtained from the nectar of coconut flowers, which grow at the top of the coconut palm tree. When the flowers are harvested, a liquid is extracted from them, which is then heated until all the water evaporates. What remains is coconut sugar.

It can be used in the same way as regular white sugar and in the same proportions. It's great for::
