Guggulu is the resin of the myrrh tree (Cammiphora mukul), which has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years and is known for its many beneficial effects and uses.

Guggulu is most commonly used in combination with other Ayurvedic herbs and rarely alone, as it is known to penetrate deep into the body and enhance the action of the herb.

Kanchanara guggulu BIO contains carefully selected Ayurvedic herbs like pippali, ginger, amalaki, bibitaki, haritaki, cinnamon, cardamom, laurel etc.

Daily dose contains 2.10 g of herbal powder, including up to 462 mg of herbal extracts.

Guggulu reduces kapha and vata doshas*, has dry and warm properties, and acts on all seven Ayurvedic tissues**.

*Dosha (vata, pitta and kapha) and tissues are Ayurvedic principles that have no proper equivalent in modern science. **The concept of tissues in Ayurveda is different from what we understand by the word 'tissues' in Western medicine.
