Pectin is a type of polysaccharide that is mainly obtained from apples or citrus fruits. It is a fibre that is used in various fields - in the culinary field (in the production of juices, as a gelling agent in jams...), in the cosmetics industry and in the food industry (in the form of food supplements).

A daily dose of Apple Pectin capsules contains up to 1800 mg of pectin obtained from apples (Malus domestica).

With the added mineral chromium, which helps maintain normal blood glucose levels.
