Rehydration/isotonic or sports drinks are beverages that prevent dehydration during exercise or sporting activity when large amounts of fluid are expelled during sweating.

Isotonic Grapefruit Flavored Drink replaces the water, minerals and nutrients that the body consumes during exertion. Preparation is very easy and will quickly become part of your sports routine as the powder simply dissolves in water. For an even better taste, a sweetener (acesulfame K) is added to the powder.

Drink Powder contains Ginseng Extract (Panax ginseng) and a complete blend of vitamins and minerals.

Use

Recommended Dosage:1 serving, which is 31.5 g (2 scoops). Mix in 700 ml of water. You can help yourself by using a shaker.

Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after exercise (approximately 200 ml each time). Do not consume more than 1 serving (31.5 g) per day.
