Hydrocoll is a self-adhesive absorbent hydrocolloid coating with a semi-permeable top layer impervious to microorganisms and water. The hydrocolloids turn to gel on contact with wound exudate, creating a moist environment that has a stimulating effect on granulation and epithelialization. Available in five different sizes for practical use.
